Sharewood has been serving the Malden and greater Boston communities since 1997, and is completely free to patients. We rely on your donations to continue functioning. If you would like to make a donation to the Sharewood project by check, please mail to:

Please make your check out to "Trustees of Tufts College" with "The Sharewood Project" marked in the memo. 

We also accept online donations by credit card via our secure donation page. Under the 2nd step ("About Your Gift"), select "Gift Designation 3" and type "Sharewood" in the space provided.

Donate Supplies

Medication

Sharewood is always in need of free medication samples (in original packaging and with valid expiration date), which we give to patients without prescription drug coverage. Please email our Pharmacy Coordinator, Molly Douglas, for more information about the types of drugs that are useful to our patients, or if you are interested in donating.

Equipment

Sharewood also accepts donations of equipment such as the following:

• blood pressure cuffs
• stethoscopes
• gauze and alcohol pads
• hand sanitizer
• vaccine syringes

Laboratory supplies

• butterfly needles and tubes for phlebotomy
• urine dipsticks
• complete sets of fingerstick glucometers and test strips
• Contour/Ascensia test strips for Bayer Contour glucometer

Office supplies

• printer paper
• educational materials and pamphlets for patients
• Windows XP laptops
• Windows XP licenses and installation media

Durable equipment

• EKG unit
• Ultrasound unit
• Pulse oximeter
